The Hawthorn is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet. There is also a non-refundable $500 one-time fee required for each household with pets. Please reach out to the office for specific details on breed restrictions. There is a 75 lb weight limit for each pet. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Reach out to our leasing team if you have additional questions about your pets.
